Mentorship Programme
The British Chamber of Commerce Taipei is proud to find our Mentorship Programmes for Women in Business (WiB) and Young Professionals (YP) since 2018 and 2020 respectively. This is a 6-month journey with a mentor or mentee, where 30 pairs of professionals will form a dedicated support network for professional and personal development. Pairs are selected and paired based on their goals, and they meet regularly to work towards achieving those goals.
Applications for the WiB Programme begin at the end of the year, and the programme runs from January to June. The YP Programme application opens in May, and the programme begins in July and ends in December.
The mentorship programme is one way to take tangible steps towards building greater diversity in business by connecting and supporting professionals as mentors, mentees, and sponsors.
The results have exceeded our expectations, with participants having an amazing experience.
