The Grand Cask Award
The Grand Cask Award recognises leading Scotch whisky brands in Taiwan that promote Scottish heritage, ESG leadership, and positive community impact.
It celebrates established whisky houses with strong market presence and a clear commitment to responsible business locally in Taiwan.
What Judges Will Look For
Judges will consider:
- Heritage – How well the brand promotes Scottish whisky culture and appreciation in Taiwan.
- Leadership – The brand’s market presence, quality, reputation, and contribution to the whisky category.
- Impact – ESG actions, sustainability efforts, community engagement, local partnerships, and clear results.
The judging panel will shortlist three finalists from all entries on August 04, and the winner will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on September 09, 2026.
*Note: In order to ensure fairness and diversity of awards, the winner of last year cannot reapply for the same award this year, but can apply for other award categories. (This regulation does not apply to finalists)
