Account Manager

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in reaching their business goals. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to understand our customers' business needs and defend their interests on the ground.
Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with stakeholders towards customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their business goals
Manage all reporting related to customers' accounts
Support customers business goals in the targeted segments and markets
Support in developing our customers' customers base
Build and maintain customers relationship
Represent customers’ interests on the ground
Extract and present data in coherent and logic way
Communicate to customers and company on opportunities and alert of potential pitfalls
Maintain knowledge and trends in our customers domain
Facilitate sales inquiries and meetings on behalf of our customers
Communicate results, recommendations and actions to stakeholders and our customers
Qualifications:
Articulate and accustomed to a customer facing role
Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
Natural curiosity for science and technology
Business degree or experience
Sales, services and marketing oriented
Detailed oriented and a forward thinker
A team-player
Native Mandarin speaker
Fluent in English and comfortable in a business English environment
