Laura Wang was appointed Chief Executive Officer of PCA Life Assurance Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) in July 2017. She joined PCA Life Assurance in January 2011 as Deputy General Manager, overseeing all distribution channels. With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and banking industries, Laura brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Before joining PCA Life Assurance, Laura was the Regional Director of Customer Management & Direct Marketing at AXA Asia Pacific Regional Office in Hong Kong. She also held senior positions at ACE American Insurance, Cardif, MetLife, CIGNA, and AIA Regional Office, where she was responsible for Business Development, Customer Management, and Marketing.

Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan and has completed the Women Directorship Program at the University of Hong Kong. She is currently a board member of PCA Life Assurance Co. Ltd. (Taiwan).

For over seven years, Laura has actively supported BCCTaipei's diversity, CSR, and innovation initiatives. Through her leadership at PCA Life Assurance, she has championed programmes such as Young Professionals, Women in Business, and the Better Business Awards. Laura is dedicated to fostering talent, inspiring innovation, and being a trusted partner for both the community and the industry, collaborating with the Chamber for mutual growth.
