Constance is the founder and CEO of Media Plus, established in 1996, a boutique public relations firm with offices in Taipei and Shanghai. Known for her strategic acumen and execution prowess, Constance excels in managing complex, cross-border communication campaigns. Her firm is part of an active alliance of PR firms across East Asia. With a background as a business journalist, Constance brings a unique inquisitive mindset that identifies and capitalises on opportunities in novel ways. Her areas of specialty include B2B, B2C, and G2C communications, focusing on sectors such as agriculture, food, health, sustainability, CSR, DEI, and new technologies. She holds an MA in Mass Communication from the University of Leicester, UK, and a BA in Western Languages and Literatures from National Cheng-Chi University, Taiwan. Constance divides her time between Shanghai and Taipei, working throughout East Asia.

Constance is an active member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, contributing PR expertise, creativity, and networking skills. She co-founded and chaired the Women in Business Committee during its inception, mentoring younger female members. Constance facilitates connections between BCCTaipei and entities like AHDB from the UK. She advocates for cross-committee collaboration on diversity, sustainability, CSR, and renewable energy, aiming for impactful results through collective efforts.
