Carl has twenty years of sales and management experience in the APAC region, most recently spending 4.5 years at Adecco Taiwan, first as National Sales Director and then as Outsourcing Director. Since 2020, Carl has been leading the Asia Pacific region for Taylor Hopkinson, providing executive search, recruitment, contracting, and business intelligence solutions to clients in the renewable energy sector.

As an active member of the BCCTaipei for over ten years, Carl has served on the board since 2017. He was Vice Chair of the Chamber from 2018 to 2020 before taking on the role of Chair for the past two years. Carl has been very supportive of our Young Professionals programme, speaking at our careers fair event for the past three years and recently volunteering as a mentor in the BCCTaipei Mentorship Programme.
