Job Purpose

The Creative Content Manager will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development, growth and marketing of this luxury brand with a particular focus on:

  • Develop superior creative content for the Drive Market as well as “lookalike” markets
  • Enhance consumer centricity fueling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally
  • Ensure global brand consistency and adhere to high brand standards & guidelines



  • Collect brand strategy and guidelines for creative content development from central Brand Teams
  • Gather requirements from Market Activation Managers and local marketers regarding creative content needs and local consumer insights
  • Develop local creative assets based on global brand strategy and global big idea / CEP (Consumer Engagement Platform). Those assets can include:Local ATL Campaign (all media), Key digital assets, Strategic Limited editions (i.e. directly related to the Brand’s big idea) and related assets
  • Share creative brief guidelines with local marketing teams for other creative assets
  • Implement local PR and advocacy plans based on global ‘always on’ communication/PR plan
  • Manage relationship with creative agencies and partners (incl. cost control): global agency and/or its local affiliate, local specialist agencies, local contact of global partner or local partners, etc
  • Liaise back with Brand Teams in HQ to ensure developments are on-brand and on-strategy
  • Share content created with Drive market teams and with Market Activation Managers for broadcast
  • People Management: 2 team members



Academic & Professional experience required

  • Graduate Degree with marketing or business management
  • Professional experience8 years plus Marketing experience
  • Specific Luxury Experience would be highly desirable
  • Strong experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns
  • Successful creative execution track record preferably lifestyle & luxury brands
  • Strong experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders, including agencies
  • Experience working in the drive market culture, with strong understanding of wine & spirits category
  • Local language fluent proficiency
