They will provide an overview of the AMT system in Taiwan, including an update on the latest rulings regarding the Offshore Income Inclusion in Alternative Minimum Tax effective from 1 January 2010. About the speakers
Ainsley HSIEH of Counsel, Eiger Law
Ainsley's primary focus is on the areas of corporate law and corporate finance law. Ainsley previously worked in international financial institution Citigroup and has experience in transactions involving structured financial products, debt restructuring and syndicated loans.
Ainsley was admitted to the Taipei Bar in 2009, the New York Bar in 2009 and passed China / PRC Bar Exam in 2009.
Yuyun HUANG , Associate, Eiger Law
Yuyun has special expertise in corporate and taxation matters, particularly with regards to how they apply to transfer pricing and royalties. Yuyun is a leading member of Eiger's tax team and a member of the corporate team. Yuyun was admitted to the Bar in 2006.
