Company Description: FIH Regent Group aims at providing services that exceeds the expectations of distinguished travelers and local patrons. Founded in 1991, FIH Regent Group owns the international luxury hotel brand REGENT, the lifestyle hotel brand SILKS, and the affordable business hotel chain JUST SLEEP. FIH Regent Group also manages Jasper Villa Xin Yi, the luxury service apartment twin towers located in the heart of Taipei’s most prominent commercial, business and residential district. In the food & beverage industry, FIH Regent Group operates restaurants in National Palace Museum, Taoyuan International Airport, Miramar Entertainment Park shopping mall as well as other renowned attractions in Taiwan. In December 2006, FIH Regent Group acquired DOMINO’S PIZZA Taiwan and became the owner of the second largest international pizza chain store on the island. In June 2010, FIH Regent Group acquired the Regent brand, which was founded by legendary hotelier Robert H. Burns, from the Carlson Group. The acquisition includes Regent’s worldwide trademarks and licensing rights as well as management contracts. Currently, Regent has existing and pipeline hotels in Europe, Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. Also under a licensing contract is the Caribbean based Regent Seven Seas Cruise.
