Role Title: Fund Service Fund Administration Officer / Clerk

Job content:

• 處理日常性的基金會計, 評價等相關作業
• 完成基金會計相關報表
• 學習及處理各項金融商品、外匯交易之評價
• To open/close Fund Administration accounts upon requests and arrange completion of necessary documentation
• Perform fund account balance reconciliation
• To receive daily transaction report from SITEs, perform matching task and update to the system
• Fee and interest accrual
• Verify the accuracy for corporate events and market price and maintain them on system
• Perform fund valuation and Unit NAV announcement procedures
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, send to clients and related parties after reviewing
• Perform Investment Restrictions and Guidelines (IRG) monitoring and send IRG report to SITEs
• Be responsible and follow up clients’ inquiries
• Other tasks assign by Management

Qualifications:

• 大學以上商學相關系所畢業 Bachelor degree majored in Business related
• 無經驗可
• 一至二年以上會計師事務所審計工作經驗，產業會計經驗或投信基金會計經驗者佳 1-2 years of working experience in financial service industry
• 具備良好英文聽說讀寫能力 English spoken and written communication skills
• 細心、主動、積極、良好溝通能力，抗壓性高，能團隊合作及獨立作業 Detail oriented and capable to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy
