The Chamber was pleased to welcome to Taipei,  Deborah Annells Managing Director of Azure Tax Consultants based in Hong Kong.  Debbie provided an eye opening presentation to the gathering on the current UK tax regulations particularly to those who have been, or thought they were, non resident for a period of time.  In addition there was some clear advice on the preparation of wills and the preparation for the distribution of assets.
