This is the third-year running for the All-Chamber mix-and-mingle event. Carnegie’s is again offering one unbeatable deal, with tables full of delicious dishes including pastas, salads and assorted nibbles, to name but a few. Beers, house wines, mixed drinks are available all evening for NT$100 each.
