About the Trainer:
Tim Conway, Director of English Learning Services, British Council Taipei, is a qualified teacher and trainer in the field of communication skills. He has over 17 years experience in the UK and South East Asia. Tim has trained managers from many international organizations, including the commercial sector as well as the United Nations and the UK government. As a senior manager in an active service area, Tim regularly deals with customers in Taipei, so he has hands-on experience
